DAY 15. LINUX EMULATION SK3N3 DYING?
I have some horrible horrible news to report
today. After 15 days of hire,
poor EMU-Russia's dd2k has still had little to no success in reporting
linux emulation news, one piece of Linux
emulation news so far this month has only been reported. A travesty,
a travesty I say!!
Tis a sad sad day for the linux emulation community, we should all mourn over such historic events. Go post some Linux emulation topics @ the Retrogames forums, take some time to visit ZD and share one of your more personal Linux emulation stories, Swampy will love you for that. Go help support c0njurer @ VGN with a post about Linux here and there. Go bug Navarone @ Emulation number 9 by giving him some Linux emulation news to post for a change. Use these precious moments of your life to make a Linux dream come true. Make a choice. Make a difference. Make a dream come true.

In OMG! this can't
be real news, our foreign buddy c0njurer has now tooted his horn over R.Belmont's
MAME success with "Run and Gun 2" PCB.
I am surprised just like you are. But apparently the reality is that it is R.Belmont's "Run and Gun 2" PCB, and c0njy just.........well, he sucks at writing since he abuses the webcOpinewz syndrome. He is human, but still, it is a pretty big error. Accidentally getting yourself into the limelight, no wonder VGN is just a shell of it's former self.
Emunoobs should have been on this already :P

Today our new buddy @ Emulation World, Hizzout,
made a neato request.
FYI. I do not know the chances of this happening, but:
1. This is a Tecmo Ltd. game
2. Tecmo Ltd. has always done brand cross-promotion
3. Bad News Baseball was released in
1990. Tecmo World Wrestling was released in 1990.
4. That is our British hero from Tecmo World
Wrestling, Rex Beat. They simply re-used his end-game-credits sprites
from that game, and simply put it into Bad News Baseball after a home run.
Excellent story. No? :P
Yes I realize this isn't from the official
site, but then who uses that? :D
The .info site sure seems like the new official
site - unless I missed some mystery?

GREAT DEALS FOUND @ EMUHOLIC.
Earlier today a great historical discovery
was made by Guyfawkes @ Emuholics. What a buddy, emulation related
news and forking over deals to his visitors. Now all he needs is
to present himself better, how else can he become the next Prophet (Retrogames
posting RIP), how else can he be the Prophet.

EMU-LMAO GETS INNOVATIVE!!!
I hope everyone has had a happy 4th of July
celebration, I know I sure did.
In the first innovative move of the return of EMU-LMAO, I have decided to make a new feature in my forums. The EMU-LMAO - Did you know? board has been born. Purely dedicated to telling you guys, you poor schmoze of emulation ;) all about the past of EMU-LMAO. The dirty lil' secrets, the dirty lil' tales about what really happend. All at a slow and unpredicatable pace, since nobody visits these days :P
It is either this, or I go out of my way to hassle myself into making some lame DVD in a few more years. That process is just to time consuming for my tastes.

Take that Swampy!!! Take that ZD!!! Independence for EMU-LMAO!!! America be free!!!
Update (7/21/2007): In normal EMU-LMAO fashion, the forums have apparently been deleted by Freeforums.org, if this wasm't some tyoe of normal occurance with relation to running this site I'd be upset at this point. This is just another normal part of trying to run EMU-LMAO for free apparently. This cycle never ends with this site :D
Hopefully a quality replacement can be found in good time.
Update: (7/29/2007): New forum finally made, now with those hos @ Bravenet.

EMULATOR ALERT! EMULATOR NEWS COVETED ON EMULATOR
SITE!
ln a strange twist of random fate, the PCSX2
website has apparently reported news about PCSX2 on the PCSX2 website.
Whew, I actually have no idea as to what I just typed.
While I recover from this this THING, you can see this strange alien phenomenon here.
Right? So, are we supposed to read news about an emulator, on an emulator site now? Or is the whole purpose of those links on the top of the website just eye candy now, wasting away. Hey, why doesn't the PCSX2 website just get rid of the About and Guide sections?? They apparently are just a waste of space now :P

For example, today he literally made a post about Sony Computer Entertainment America's negative stance about users importing homebrew software onto their PSPs. Look, I am not kidding here, look. Looklooklook.

Coming off the train of lameness, an amazing and awe inspiring ZD fan recently tried to make a ZD tribute video for the Youtube boobtube. Thankfully our dear boy Sam even shot it down.
